I was recruited to build a new kind business unit - A customer experience & design focused innovation dept. within a public agency. One that put people first - that is smart and uses data to inform and inspire strategic (Human Centered Design) focused solutions that grow revenue for the future. Because the space-in-between makes the difference. And People change the world.
I Led, developed and inspired the staff of a government agency to think differently. To listen to the needs and voice of the people. Together we held three Human Centered Design Workshops.
